SHASHANK SINGH
Founding Partner
An alumnus of the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Lucknow – Class of 2011, Shashank has over 14 years of practice in Delhi-NCR. His extensive experience spans across commercial and corporate litigation, real estate, banking, white collar crimes, arbitration, labour and employment, intellectual property, and criminal law. Known for his strategic foresight and courtcraft, he regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, and various national tribunals.
Abhishek Anand Sinha
Partner
A graduate of NLSIU, Bangalore – Class of 2014, Abhishek has developed a strong practice in constitutional and service law litigation, with a focus on matters involving writ jurisdiction before High Courts and the Supreme Court, cyber crime, and regulatory advisory. His analytical clarity and courtroom experience make him a trusted advisor for both private and institutional clients.
Yogyata Jhunjhunwala
Ms. Yogyata Jhunjhunwala brings in-depth expertise in commercial dispute resolution, white collar investigations, and regulatory compliance. She has a strong academic background and a sharp legal mind, with experience handling matters before various courts and tribunals. Her work focuses on strategic advisory, corporate fraud, insolvency, and arbitration, making her an integral part of the firm’s dispute and risk practice. She has a strong understanding of corporate law, securities law, and other legal issues that are relevant to the company. She is known for her meticulous approach and client-first mindset.
